If neither of us figure out how to do a romance/friendship/etc system for our current project, or we just to scrap because of workload, maybe we'll just make a visual novel instead where y'all could date/befriend the companions. lmao (I will say, though, that this was my idea.)

(I did initially have an idea of what it would contain, but then a little later realized writing separate routes/ends for romance, friendship, QPRs, and polyamory would probably be way too much for me (since I'm the primary writer & I'm not sure how Rocco feels about writing script stuff).

(Like, even though I wouldn't mind writing all of that, I should probably be sensible &, well, /not/ write all of that. lmao

Were this to become an actual project after the RPG Maker one, maybe I'll start with romance & friendship stuff, then add QPR & polyamory stuff at a later date.

(Also, I might do separate games for the "Hero" & "Dark" side companions.)))
